DISCOVERY CALL
We will reach out to schedule a discovery call to discuss the details we need to provide a custom quote and mood board
BOOKING
When you are ready to book, you will sign our floral design agreement and place a retainer for services.
CUSTOM PROPOSAL
Once booked, You will receive a custom visual proposal including visual concepts, digital mock-ups and design summaries.
PACKAGE REVISION
We will work together to ensure your floral package is perfect for you—pricing, color palette, design details, item quantity and all the details in between.

Yes, our current minimum spend is $5,000. The average wedding package is priced between $7,000 and $12,000.

Yes, we require a non-refundable 50% retainer upon booking.

A non-refundable 50% retainer is due upon booking and the remaining amount is due 30 days prior to your wedding or event.

The design fee (customized floral designs, careful sourcing of fresh flowers and hard goods, storage of all designs and hard goods for maximum beauty and freshness, availability for questions and discussion from the beginning of the planning process until your vision is realized on your wedding day, and artful, professional processing and design the week of the wedding)
The labor fee (equipment rental, delivery and installation of all florals and candles, ceremony flip (if applicable), and breakdown of all florals and candles at the conclusion of the event)

Wedding and event floral design is highly customized but to receive our best work, we recommend the following budget allocation for each guest count. The allocations are for average size venues that would comfortably hold the entire guest count with average size wedding parties and moderate floral decor. If you have a larger venue, and wedding party, or want more floral-forward decor, you should add 25-40% more to your budget.

Floral design for weddings and events comes with a higher price tag because of the immense labor, overhead, and planning required to execute said event in a restrictive time frame of 3-5 days.

Couples can maximize their floral budget by reducing spending on personal flowers and allocating more of their budget on items that can be repurposed or create a large impact. We work with each couple to make sure they are getting the most value out of their budget.
